I am a Facilities Manager by training and a UX designer by passion. Armed with 4 years of experience in facilities operations and business development, I have a keen eye to solve problems for clients in the most cost-effective and user centric manner.
On the side, I am an Etsy store owner who sells digital download templates since April 2023 to horn my design skills and business instincts.
MY UX SUPERPOWER AND DESIGN PROCESS
Identifying and solving user problem is my favorite thing to do. Understanding and connecting with users deeply allows me to design experiences that resonate. Given my unique blend of skills, my goal is to bridge the gap between user needs and business objectives by crafting creative solutions.
I believe good design is a product of a iterative process and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to solving a problem.
